As Fire Safety personnel have been classed as Key Workers (that's us), we have been doing everything we possibly can to support businesses during these difficult times we are facing. Following the UK Government’s decision to elevate its guidance relating to the coronavirus outbreak, we wanted to inform you of some of the key steps our business has taken.
We recognise that the coronavirus outbreak is causing considerable concern and worry to all of us. In the coming weeks the health and safety of our staff and customers is, more so than ever, at the forefront of every decision we make.
ANNUAL EXTINGUISHER MAINTENANCE & PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING
- We fully understand that many businesses have closed and we will continue to work closely with our clients to arrange suitable dates for inspection as we progress. If you would like to book a suitable maintenance date or urgently require your annual extinguisher maintenance, please get in touch.
FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT
- As you have a legal obligation to have a Fire Risk Assessment carried out in your business premises, we are continuing to provide this service (where possible). We will assess each job individually and carry out assessments as and when required. Get in touch.
FIRE SAFETY TRAINING
- We would like to advise that we have resumed our training courses with additional safety measures in place to comply with government social distancing guidelines. If you would like to discuss any potential training courses, please get in touch.
We are working tirelessly behind the scenes implementing plans and strategies for when we are able to visit ALL customers' premises. Ensuring we manage the backlog of work efficiently is our main focus. We pride ourselves on providing first class customer service and this will not change. If anything, we see this as an opportunity to fine tune the processes of our business and will make us stronger!
Working together will allow us to manage this difficult situation effectively and keep safe those that matter most to us at home, work and in the wider community.
Thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding. It is very much appreciated during this difficult time.
